We define NSFW (not safe for work) as any posted content that links to a site that contains content, including but not limited to; images, text and banners that could qualify as pornography or adult content.
We a very open to submissions that contain NSFW content, whether it be a great article on the how-to of anal sex or a steaming hot post on a sex blog. However, I feel we should do our best, during the submission process, to flag those articles that may be best read in the privacy of your home - or at least a closed office door :) Adding a simple [NSFW] to the title will do the trick.
abbywinters.com is a great sex pos porn site and people should definitely be able to share a site like this on PosAlt. However, based on the guidelines above, submitting an article that links directly to abbywinters.com would not be cool. Why? Well, that's not really an article is it? That's a porn link.
However, submitting an article that links to this posting would be much appreciated. The difference? One links directly to porn (not cool) the other links to a quick, fun story about an encounter with the girls of abbywinters.com at AVN2008. The difference is subtle but important.
Our goal is to provide people with fun, informative and useful information. The reason people should choose to come here is because they can browse articles that other like minded people found fun and interesting.
So why all the splitting of hairs on direct porn links? Well I don't really think we are. There is a massive difference between posting an article linking to a review of, say, Tristan Taormino's latest movie, or even movie trailer, and an article linking to XXX Hot Babe Live Web Cam. If you don't see the difference then it may be best if you just steer clear of posting anything for a while.
